ImageGPT is committed to safe, responsible AI generation across image, video, audio, and multimodal services. By using ImageGPT, you agree to comply with this policy in full.
ImageGPT provides access to leading AI models for image, video, audio, and multimodal generation through a unified API platform. We are committed to fostering safe, ethical, and responsible AI usage across all use cases — from creative professionals to enterprise developers.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs all interactions with the ImageGPT platform, including API access, the web interface, and any third-party integrations built on ImageGPT services. All users, developers, and organizations accessing our platform must comply with this Policy at all times.
Violations of this Policy may result in:
The following content categories are strictly prohibited across all ImageGPT services. These restrictions apply regardless of intended purpose, creative framing, or fictional context.
“Users may not generate NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, fetish, or erotic content through ImageGPT.”
“ImageGPT cannot be used to create deceptive, harmful, or non-consensual deepfake content of any person, public or private.”
“Generating content that depicts, glorifies, or facilitates violence, illegal activity, or harm to individuals or communities is strictly prohibited.”
“ImageGPT has a zero-tolerance policy for content that demeans, threatens, or discriminates against any individual or group.”
“Reproducing, replicating, or misusing protected intellectual property through AI generation is not permitted on the ImageGPT platform.”
“ImageGPT may not be used to produce materials intended to defraud, deceive, or manipulate others for illegal or harmful purposes.”
How ImageGPT protects users and the platform
All prompts submitted to ImageGPT may be automatically reviewed by safety classifiers before generation begins. Prompts containing prohibited content, unsafe language, or policy-violating intent are flagged and blocked in real time.
Even if a prompt passes initial review, generated outputs are subject to post-generation safety checks. Content that violates this Policy may be withheld, deleted, or reported. Credits used on blocked generations are non-refundable.
Accounts that repeatedly or severely violate our Acceptable Use Policy will be suspended or permanently terminated. ImageGPT reserves the right to restrict access at any stage without prior notice in cases of serious or imminent misuse.
ImageGPT takes enforcement of this Policy seriously. Violations are not tolerated regardless of intent, jurisdiction, or claimed purpose.
ImageGPT reserves the right — at its sole discretion and without prior notice — to take any of the following enforcement actions in response to Policy violations:
Block Prompts
Automatically prevent the execution of prompts that violate this Policy, with or without explanation.
Suspend Access
Temporarily restrict a user’s access to the ImageGPT platform, API, or any associated services pending review.
Remove Content
Delete or withhold any generated content that violates this Policy, including previously generated outputs.
Terminate Accounts
Permanently close accounts that engage in serious, repeated, or egregious violations of this Policy.
Refuse Refunds
Deny refund requests where usage was found to violate this Policy. Credits consumed in policy-violating generations are non-refundable.
Report to Authorities
Report illegal activity, including CSAM, to relevant law enforcement agencies and national reporting bodies.
If you encounter content, behaviour, or usage patterns on the ImageGPT platform that you believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy, we encourage you to report it promptly. Your report helps us maintain a safe platform for all users.
Reports can be submitted via our support channel. Please include as much detail as possible — such as the type of violation, the context, and any relevant prompt or output information — to help our team investigate effectively.
Report a ViolationImageGPT automatically reviews prompts for safety compliance. If your prompt was blocked, it likely contained language or intent that matched one of our prohibited content categories — such as NSFW content, violence, deepfakes, or hate speech. Our moderation system is designed to prevent misuse while preserving creative freedom for legitimate use cases.
No. ImageGPT strictly prohibits all NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, fetish, and erotic content. This applies to all modalities including image, video, and audio generation. Attempts to generate such content will be blocked and may result in account suspension.
No. Deepfakes, non-consensual face swaps, celebrity impersonation, and any form of synthetic identity deception are strictly prohibited. ImageGPT cannot be used to create deceptive or harmful synthetic representations of real individuals, public or private.
Yes. Accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy are subject to prompt blocking, temporary suspension, permanent termination, and denial of refunds. ImageGPT reserves the right to take enforcement action at its sole discretion.
ImageGPT uses a combination of automated prompt analysis and safety filtering to detect policy violations before and after generation. Flagged content may be automatically blocked. Repeated or severe violations are escalated for human review and may trigger account-level enforcement.
