1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImageGPT, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of the Service

ImageGPT allows users to generate, edit, and download AI-generated images. You agree not to misuse the service, upload harmful content, or violate any applicable copyright or intellectual property laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All generated images and platform materials remain the property of ImageGPT unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated images for personal or commercial purposes, as permitted by applicable law.

4. Limitation of Liability

ImageGPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the platform.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of ImageGPT after any changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

By using ImageGPT, you agree not to generate, request, upload, distribute, or otherwise facilitate the creation of any content that violates these Terms. The following categories of content and conduct are explicitly prohibited on the ImageGPT platform, regardless of intent, creative framing, or fictional context. These restrictions apply to all modalities including image, video, audio, and text generation.

6.1 NSFW & Adult Content

Users are prohibited from generating sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, nude, fetish, exploitative, or adult content using the platform. This restriction applies unconditionally across all features, API endpoints, and integrated services offered by ImageGPT.

Prohibited content in this category includes, but is not limited to:

Nudity or partial nudity of any individual
Pornographic or sexually graphic content of any kind
Sexually explicit or suggestive imagery
Erotic content or adult-only material
Fetish-related content or sexually themed roleplay imagery
Sexually exploitative depictions of any person
Any content of a sexual nature involving minors — strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination and legal reporting

6.2 Deepfakes & Identity Misuse

Users may not use ImageGPT to create deceptive, harmful, misleading, or non-consensual deepfake content. The platform may not be used to replicate, manipulate, or misrepresent the appearance, voice, or identity of any real individual without their explicit, documented consent.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Deepfake generation of any real person without verified consent
Non-consensual face swaps or body manipulation
Unauthorized replication of a person's likeness, voice, or appearance
Celebrity or public figure impersonation for deceptive or defamatory purposes
Creation of synthetic identities intended to deceive or defraud
Political impersonation or fabricated media representations of real figures
AI-generated content designed to mislead viewers about a real person's actions or statements

6.3 Harassment, Abuse & Harmful Conduct

ImageGPT may not be used to generate or distribute content that targets, threatens, demeans, or endangers any individual or group. This includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment or cyberbullying directed at any individual
Threats of violence or content intended to intimidate
Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
Promotion, glorification, or incitement of violence
Terrorism-related propaganda, recruitment material, or extremist content
Child exploitation, abuse imagery, or endangerment of minors
Content designed to encourage self-harm or suicide
Any other abusive, threatening, or harmful material directed at individuals or communities

6.4 Fraud & Illegal Activity

You may not use ImageGPT to produce, distribute, or facilitate content that supports illegal activity, deception, or financial harm. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Generating fake government documents, identification materials, or official credentials
Creating forged certificates, contracts, or legal instruments
Producing scam-related imagery or phishing assets
Supporting financial fraud, social engineering, or identity theft
Generating content intended to deceive consumers or misrepresent commercial offerings
Facilitating any activity that is unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law

6.5 Intellectual Property Abuse

ImageGPT may not be used to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any individual, company, or institution. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Copyright infringement through unauthorized reproduction of protected works
Trademark infringement or unauthorized replication of brand identities and logos
Generating content that impersonates or misleadingly reproduces copyrighted characters or protected IP
Producing pirated, stolen, or unlicensed content
Mimicking the style, branding, or protected assets of third parties in deceptive or commercially exploitative ways

7. Enforcement & Account Restrictions

ImageGPT is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and responsible platform for all users. We actively monitor for policy violations and reserve the right to take enforcement action at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in response to any breach of these Terms.

In response to violations of these Terms, ImageGPT reserves the right to:

1Block or reject prompts that violate this Policy, with or without explanation
2Remove or withhold generated content that contravenes these Terms
3Temporarily suspend access to the platform or API pending investigation
4Permanently terminate accounts engaged in serious, repeated, or egregious violations
5Restrict or revoke access to specific features or services
6Deny refund requests where usage was found to violate these Terms — credits consumed in policy-violating generations are non-refundable
7Report illegal activity, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), to relevant law enforcement authorities

Enforcement decisions are made at ImageGPT's discretion and are final. Users who believe an enforcement action was applied in error may contact our support team at to request a review. ImageGPT does not guarantee reinstatement of accounts or restoration of access following termination for serious violations. [email protected]
